How much is a taxi from Bangkok to Ban Phe?
A Standard Sedan costs 1,999 THB per car from Suvarnabhumi Airport, 2,199 THB from Bangkok city and 2,299 THB from Don Mueang. The price depends on the route and the car, not on the number of passengers. Choose your route in the booking form and the price for every car appears at once.
How long does the trip take?
From Suvarnabhumi Airport it is 177 km, about 2 hours 5 min. From Bangkok city it is 210 km, about 2 hours 30 min. From Don Mueang Airport 210 km, about 3 hours 15 min. From Pattaya 83 km, about 1 hour 15 min, and from U-Tapao Airport 60 km, about 1 hour.
Which pier in Ban Phe do I need?
Ban Phe has eight piers: Municipality, Ao Prao, Nuantip, Tarua Phe, Sri Ban Phe, Chok Krisda, Seree and Jadet. The right one depends on your resort on Koh Samet, so ask the resort. You can also write the resort name in the booking form and we will help you choose.
How do I get from Ban Phe to Koh Samet?
By boat. The ferry runs every day from 08:00 to 18:00, crosses in 30 to 40 minutes and costs 70 THB one way or 120 THB return per person. Speedboats also leave from Ban Phe and take about 15 minutes. A speedboat is hired for the whole boat, 1,000 to 2,000 THB. You buy boat tickets at the pier, they are not in the taxi price.
What if my flight is delayed?

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, cancellation is free.
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
At Suvarnabhumi the driver waits at Exit 3. At Don Mueang the meeting point is Gate 5 for international flights and Gate 11 for domestic flights. At U-Tapao the driver waits at the 7-Eleven shop, 100 metres from the exit. The driver holds a sign with your name.
How many people fit in one car?
A Standard or Premium Sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage, a Toyota Innova or a Toyota Fortuner up to 4, a Hyundai H1 up to 6, a VIP Commuter up to 8 and a Toyota Commuter up to 9. The price is for the whole trip in the car you choose.
Is the price higher on some dates?
Between December 24 and January 5 each trip costs 400 THB more. For Tomorrowland the price is 400 THB higher on trips to Pattaya from Bangkok, the airports and Hua Hin between December 9 and 12, and on trips from Pattaya between December 13 and 15. The booking form shows the final price for your date.
